Family experience passed on from one generation to the next: since the first pastry shop established by his father, Giuseppe, in 1963 in Almese in the province of Turin, the Pasticceria Dalmasso has now been operating for more than 50 years.
After years working in the family shop, Alessandro opened his own laboratory making sweet delicacies in 1996 in Avigliana.
